1.4. How to Update Your Email
Your Member Portal allows you to save the following email address:
- 1 for receiving communications sent from HLAoR (invoices, marketing, etc)
- 1 Billing CC email
- 1 for your MLS communications (emails sent from the MLS will show this address)

How to Update Your Email for HLAoR Communications and Add a Billing CC
Note: This is the email address that will receive billing invoices and additional communications from HLAoR. To manage the additional types of communication you receive, head here: https://portal.highlandlakesrealtors.com/email-preferences
From the menu on the left, click My HLAoR and then Profile:

Click the Edit Profile button.
Add your preferred email address and any Billing CC if needed. Click Save Changes to finish.

How to Update Your MLS Email Address
Note: This is the address your clients will see when you email from within the MLS (property searches, etc).
From the menu on the left, click Subscriptions:

On your Highland Lakes MLS card, click Details:

On the slide-out menu, click the edit button (highlighted in red below):
=========================================================
Enter your preferred information, and click Save Changes.
Note: If you have trouble saving the changes, try removing and re-typing your phone number.
